Credit Tower Multiplex
It’s a matter of trust.

Credit wouldn’t exist without trust. Think about it: Would you lend money to someone if you didn’t trust her or him to pay you back? Probably not, right? Credit works pretty much the same way.

While you’re deciding which of the 30 movies playing here you want to see, let’s think more about this credit idea.

Suppose May and Noah decide to go see “A Beautiful Rind.” Now, let’s say Noah has left his wallet in the hotel and doesn’t have the $7 to buy a ticket, so May lends him the money. When Noah pays for the movie ticket with the money he’s borrowed from May, he’s paying with credit. And May trusts him when he promises to give her $7 when they get back to the hotel.

It’s pretty easy to see how credit works on a small scale. It’s not that different when you borrow money from banks and credit card companies to make bigger purchases, like a DVD player or tickets to Investor Isles. They’ll lend you the money too — as long as they trust you to pay them back sometime in the future.
